Moment of realness: some of us don't wash our hair every day. Whether it's because we don't have time, want to save water, or don't have access to a shower because we are living our best wild-woman lives out in the woods...it just doesn't always happen.
Over the years, I tried tons of spray-in dry shampoos. I loved the volume they gave my hair, but all of them really irritated my sensitive skin. And so I started making my own with natural ingredients.
That recipe has evolved over time, and I now present to you a light, herb-infused dry shampoo that soaks up oil and refreshes your locks without the use of chemicals. The key ingredients are arrowroot powder and kaolin clay, both of which absorb excess oil and can easily be brushed out of the hair so you don't end up with a dusty look.
Herbs like nettle, lavender, calendula and rose give the blend a light, earthy herbal scent. All of the herbs used are nourishing and soothing to the scalp - and help to add a little body to your gorgeous tresses!
To use, just sprinkle a small amount on the hair (start with just a bit - you can always add a more if needed, and a little goes a long way), and work into tresses with your fingers. Let the powder sit for a moment to absorb oil, brush out your hair, and viola; a second chance at life.
Contains: arrowroot powder, kaolin clay, calendula flowers, lavender buds, rose petals, nettle leaf
Comes in a 4.25 oz or 2 oz compostable tube. Each tube has a small sticker over the sprinkle holes to keep the powder from shifting too much during shipping and travel.
